Golf Estates Marbella was born in 1992 in the Golf Valley of Nueva Andalucía, ten minutes from Puerto Banús. We work one very specific patch: the courses of the Costa del Sol, from Río Real to Sotogrande.
We are not a general agency with a golf section. We are golfers who sell homes beside the courses we play every week: we know which villas catch the evening sun over the 1st tee at Los Naranjos, and where you can — and cannot — hear the motorway.

We handle golf-side property across the whole range: from apartments from €400,000 in the Golf Valley to villas above €15 million in La Zagaleta. The criterion is never price — it is the quality of the location.
Yes. We arrange live virtual viewings, detailed video pre-selection and viewing trips concentrated into 2-3 days. Most paperwork — NIE, powers of attorney, banking — can be resolved remotely.
No. Our fees are paid by the selling party, as is standard practice on the Costa del Sol. Buyers receive our full accompaniment at no additional cost.
Focus. We don’t cover the whole coast or every product: only golf, only Costa del Sol. That gives us access to off-market properties and a house-by-house knowledge of each community that no generalist network can match.
