The Golf Valley

You don’t choose a course here: you choose which one to play today.

Behind Puerto Banús opens the Golf Valley of Nueva Andalucía: Las Brisas, Aloha, Los Naranjos and La Quinta share a single valley, and many of our homes sit two courses away by buggy.

West, Benahavís adds La Zagaleta, El Higueral and Marbella Club Golf. East, Río Real and Santa Clara. And forty minutes away, Sotogrande and the legendary Valderrama, host of the 1997 Ryder Cup.

Tee times here are a morning ritual rather than a battle: winter greens in perfect condition, summer rounds that start at nine and finish by the pool. The valley’s microclimate, sheltered by La Concha, keeps the fairways playable all twelve months.

That is why the Costa del Sol concentrates more golf-side homes than anywhere else in Europe — and why true front-line properties so rarely reach the open market.

For the golfing buyer

What we check before recommending a home

01

Orientation & hole

Facing the 1st tee is not the same as facing the 18th green. We know which gardens receive stray balls — and which only receive the sunset.

02

Club & fees

Every club has its waiting list, its fees and its character. We tell you which one fits your game — and we make the introductions personally.

03

Long-term value

Consolidated front-line golf is scarce and cannot be built again. We explain why each area holds its value — with data, not promises.

The next step

Your home, one buggy ride from the first tee

Whenever you like, we arrange the visit — and the first round.
